• Advising on appropriate method of sale, for example VAT Margin Scheme or Auctioneer Scheme, to minimise VAT chargeable on sales of works of art
• Assistance in preparation of necessary paperwork to support the schemes under which works of art are sold, eg stock book, appropriate invoicing
• VAT registration/returns: we are able to assist clients in meeting their obligations to the revenue authorities
• We are able to advise on all matters relating to the international sale of works of art, for example, sales in bonded warehouse, temporary import for sale and optimum jurisdiction in which to effect sales
