Hamble can set up an independent management company to look after all aspects of the aircraft operation so as to keep ownership separate from control.

The management company will deal with all administrative and regulatory matters, pay any crew salaries and arrange for the chartering of the aircraft if required.

The management company will employ a Technical Director to oversee the operation of the aircraft.
